4. Write a sales page for your book with key benefits of your book and why people should buy it now. Create a sense of urgency in your book sales copy.

NOTE:

a) You set the price for your ebook and deal directly with customers

a) You can sell your book as both a hard cover book and an ebook on the ZY book publishing platform

b) You pay the publishing fee yearly and this publishing fee covers both hard copy and ebook publishing.

c) You manage your clients yourself. We host your sales copy, your order pages, and the order form for your book. Customers pay for your book and you send the book to them.

d) You are under obligation to satisfy your customers. We take customer complaints seriously. Contact us if you want your hard copy books to be sold through our offline network of salesmen and book shops.

Purchase And Order Fulfillment - Ebooks

After a customer pays for the ebook, you then send the ebook download page to the customer so he can download the ebook purchased from the download page.

Since ebooks are transmitted through the internet to customers, no shipping fee applies.

Purchase And Order Fulfillment – Hard Books

Note that it cost money to send hard copy books to customers. So, you need to charge shipping fees appropriate to the destination customers want you to ship to.
