wellwood's worst landlord-owner

I live at wellwood manor in mercantville, nj.
This landlord lets people move in withouut fixing the apartments from the previous tennant.

There are leaks, mildew, roaches, bedbugs, mice and God knows what else.

He tell the new tennant to fix up the apartment and they don't have to pay security. For tennants that did pay security, When a tennant moves out he don't give the tennant their security.

He usually writes them a check he know will bounce and then avoids coming to the building until that old tennant gives up on their security deposit.

The only way things get fixed in your apartment is if you fix it yourself.
