talk to your bank

I suggest you talk to the bank that issued the Vpay card to you to find out what the problem is and when they are likely to restore the service.

Perhaps the participating banks in NIgeria have a problem with the technical company overseas. Who knows?

Hear from the bank.

Write to them, call customer service, or visit one of their branches personally. Then send a feedback to the rest of us here.

I tried sending money through my visa in the UK to my fiancee vpay card but the transaction was abortive as my bank do not subscribe to the service which i later new when i called my bank.
Can you give me name of banks subscribe to this service in the UK and i will open an account with them as this is more cheaper than using western union to send money and also secure against identity fraud circulating within western union.

Oceanic bank plc currently offers v pay debit cards in Nigeria.
