10 percent commission on property sale for property value less than 10 million Naira

5 percent commission on property sale for property value greater than 10 million Naira

We also charge a real estate mobilization fee before accepting to represent any client. We charge a mobilization fee of 2,000 Naira before undertaking to represent any client in property transactions.

Why do we charge a mobilization fee?

Simple. It makes good business sense.

More importantly, it helps us separate those who are ready to get a property NOW from those who are inquiring for knowledge sake.

Please note that you do not pay anything above what you would pay anywhere else. When we finalize the transaction, you deduct the initial mobilization fee you paid us from the real estate commission we get.
