REDAN set a target of 400,000 houses where is the government at federal or state levels to key in and give maximum support?

They are not willing and where they are able they don't, they rather bring up obnoxious policies and rules that hinder or stop private enterprise. No wonder the housing market is tottering, the real estate market is in a downturn.

In civilized countries, those who run the system will put all these sectors and others side by side and actively juggle policies to balance and positively revive them.

i expect by now clearly stated interventionist
roles by such organs in Nigeria.
