The company is a rapidly growing company set to capture the Lagos real estate market in the next couple of years.

In view of the rapid growth in our customer base, we are searching for energetic and result-oriented young men and women to occupy the position of Property Finders in all locations in Lagos.

Job Description

The ideal candidates for these real estate vacancies will be responsible for fulfilling customer orders.

He/she will search for properties and submit same to the central office via this web site or through text messages. The primary goal is to locate properties clients want as fast as possible.

Consequently, the applicant will focus on finding properties that match customer requirements as posted on the property request page.

Your Role

Candidates for this position are freelance property finders. This means that your work is performance based.You get paid per transaction.

We have a large base of customers. Your job is to work with us to accelerate the process of fulfilling customer orders/requests so that the customer is happy, we are happy, and . . . you are happy.

The property request page is updated every 48hrs with new requests that are yet to be fulfilled. Visit the page and get acquainted with the kind of requests customers have and then position yourself to fit it.

You don't need to report to the office daily because you are a freelance affiliate. However, you can visit the office any time you wish. You can visit the office to discuss fresh ideas, meet with the management team, or collect your cheque.

Your Pay

We don't pay you a salary like most real estate consultants do with their staff.

Instead, we pay you a commission.

What is the advantage of being paid commission?

It means that there is no limit to what you can earn.

Most real estate agents make big money and pay peanuts to their workers. We don't do that.
