Real Estate Investor Lagos Nigeria - Free Property Investor Tips
Real estate investor tips Lagos Nigeria - The average real estate investor is concerned about buying property at low prices and selling at high prices.
|
That is not all.
The average property investor, like most investors in other investment types like stocks, like to have short turnaround time or short payback period.
That is, they want to buy low and sell high in a short period of time.
Call these investors greedy, but that is the very reason why they invest . . . to grow their investment substantially within a reasonable space of time.

If you are a real estate investor, you understand what I am talking about.
As a result of this drive for increased profitability and high return on investment, property investors are constantly searching for excellent
buying opportunities. If you are new to property investing, you should do the same.
So, what are these unique opportunities to invest?
Let's consider three of such opportunities.
Real Estate Investing Opportunities
|
The first investment type that comes to mind is buying large expanse of land (some investors buy as much as 10,000 plots) from the local communities
and then selling them to small potential investors in bits. You basically buy the land cheap, perfect the legal documentation with the state government,
and then sell in bits to potential small-time investors.
I have seen major property investors roll out a long queue of new cars after those kind of deals. Needless to say, it is a profitable approach if you do
it right. The first step in that direction is to select a location that has prospect and has the potential to attract the interest and excite the pockets
of real estate investors.

The second investment opportunity for property investors is to build blocks of residential apartments in already developed neighbourhoods and then sell
these apartments as single units to individual investors who cannot afford to build whole blocks in expensive neighbourhoods.
The third approach is to build affordable bungalows as well as affordable terraces houses within an estate in an accessible location in Lagos Nigeria.
The operating word here is "affordable homes". These affordable bungalows sell faster than expensive homes because the market is larger.
What if you are a small time investor and so, do not have the huge capital outlay required to build expensive apartment buildings?
Well, there's nothing to be ashamed about. Simply invest according to the resources you have.
You can start by investing in landed property or buying single flats in a government or privately owned estate.
Remember . . . the important thing is not how much you have to invest but the investment mentality in you.

I have seen people with huge salaries retire without a property in their name even after working for decades. On the other hand, there are low income
earners who have grown to become real estate investors to reckon with.
What makes the difference?
It's pretty obvious . . . the passion to invest.
Whatever it is you do, be sure to invest in Lagos Nigeria real estate . . . become a property investor. When you do, you secure your future and that
of your family.
