In Nigeria generally people are not satisfied,i think teacher should be well satisfied because their income is well recomendable.
They enjoy going on strike everytime because their children are not affected, most of them ,their children are in private school so it does not affect them .
If you know your not ready to work as a teacher with that condition. you better leave the service for other that are wating, and seek employment in oil compamy.
