Our vision is to be a sought-out property development consulting firm in Nigeria by the year 2030 while the mandate (Mission) is to ensure standardization of delivery mechanism in the property development industry using cutting edge management techniques.

Our services are basically CONSULTANCY (Property development, Construction supervision, Property maintenance) MARKETING of properties and TRAINING of marketing executive.

Our consultancy involves land usage determination, analysis & evaluation, concept development of designs for both single and multiple housing projects.
o We handle contract negotiation and also manage construction processes from inception to delivery for timeliness and quality material usage.
o Property maintenance services are equally provided on behalf of our clients.
o We provide our clients with a wide range of property options for selection purposes in terms of location, design specifications and price range.
o Possible investment opportunities are brought to the knowledge of our clients in order to make informed decisions about investment in the industry.
o MPI also organizes certified training programme for both individuals and groups on marketing techniques for technical products like houses and housing products.
