why is is that you don't have servce centre in north east, it is that you believed we don't drive or owned one. i owned Kia Rio, and i am expected to travel to kano every time for service. the other time i was in Abuja only to told their computer was out of service. i have to leave.

I was highly disappointed about your KIA Sportage that i carried to your workshop at Coker, up till now they could not be able to repair the coupling, could you please use your good office to assist me to fix the car, because i don't know else where to go.

Warranty issue

I bought a 2010 Kia sportage but just this year july an unusual noise was noticed from the drive train which was traced to the 4-wheel drive coupling. since it is still under warranty, a request was made by the authorise service provider (Enebros, Uyo)on August 1st 2011 and up till now (over 2 months) nothing has been done and the vehicle almost abandoned. Can you please look in to this?

I use your Ibadan Office to service my Kia Picanto. The attitude of the staff is not encouraging as some of them lack initiative causing unnecessary delay. It took 6 days for my car to be diagonised of a radiator problem due to lack of initiative in communication. This has caused my family a lot of embarassment and cost. Please look into this.

Hi,
I own a Kia Cerato that is just over 2 years old and I have to confess that the car has been a disappointment. It has given one problen after the other and the Kia workshops seem extremely incapable to delivering the notable service.
In 2 years I have had to replace my car horn, repair the drivers door and taken the car in 3 times for overheating and the car is still under 22,000 kilometers. I have also spoken to other Kia users who have similar experiences.
If I were to start over, my choice will definatly not be Kia

MY KIA CERATO (MT237AAA) FAULT

My KIA CERATO was purchased in March 2008 and have covered a total of 70,000KM mileage to date.

But it is disappointing that the two rear shock absorbers failed in September 2009 and your service Centre was able to replace one. The other was not in stock.

I have adhered strictly to service schedule in order to ensure that i get best performance from the car.

Unfortunately and inspite of my maintenance consciousness (as an Engineer myself), my car developed a fault - the engine sounding as if one ignition spark plug is dead; KIA Service Centre to my dismay, have been battling with my car with several promises to deliver (only for my driver to realise on getting there that the engine is not yet perfectly fixed.

I am getting discouraged, moreso that i have invested into a fleet of KIA brands and also influenced many people to buy KIA products.

This is SAD! I kept wondering if your Service Centre is not equipped to troubleshoot and rectify faults with despatch to put smile and confidence in your teeming customers.

This is my official car as the MD of my company. Keeping the car in the Workshop for almost one month is NOT ACCEPTABLE as it impacts negatively on my business activities and mobility.
