Job Vacancy Real Estate Information Officer Lagos Nigeria - A vacancy exist for the position of Real Estate Information Officer in ZY PROPERTIES, a real estate consultancy company based in Lagos Nigeria.

The ideal candidate must have the following:

1. National diploma (or OND) in any discipline. OND in estate management or civil engineering will be an added advantage

2. Ability to speak fluent English

3. Ability and passion to write good essays or articles

4. Ability to communicate well

5. Ability to relate well with people

6. Good marketing skills

7. Ability to work well with minimum supervision

8. The ideal candidate must be computer literate. He/She must be proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

9. He/She must be honest and trustworthy

10. He/She must currently reside in Lagos Nigeria (the company does not provide accommodation for staff)

11. He/She should be someone who knows Lagos very well

12. He/She must have ability to network pretty well among other estate agents to find customers desired properties

13. The ideal candidate must be passionate about result and passionate about success

14. The ideal candidate must be a goal getter

THE ROLE

The real estate information officer is concerned with researching the Nigeria property market to provide the company and clients with latest information and trends in the Nigeria real estate market.

We are a property company - a team of consultants that help clients get their dream property in their dream location.

The Information officer is responsible for digging up information on new real estate developments, new property laws in the offing, and anything new in the Nigeria real estate market.

This is a key position and we need smart individuals to take up this role.
