Hello Vivian, it was nice meeting with you yesterday at the seminar.However, i would like you to respond to these questions please.1.How many packs of ice is contained in the category for the N50,800? 2.If as a dealer i pay N250,000 to get one carton when the promo expires, it then translates that a unit cost to be retailed will be as much as N1,250. which is quite high and would not allow for good mark up so as not to scare your customers since the promo cost will be periodical. i suggest a downward review of that N250,000. for the dealers.For easy penetration and quick turnover of capital i would have expected a price range that should not exceed N200,000 at regular time and N150,000 at promotional times.What do you think?You need to put into cognisance that because of the literacy level in this country, word of mouth advertisement is not sufficient to convince a -would-be customer at this point.One way we can a volume sales and quick turn over is what i call sacrificial sales not even discounted sales . this will mean buying this stuff from your company and coming to distribute for free as sample product to these customers to win their trust on the product and loyalty to you.so ,pricing is of very significant essence here.
