I am a nigerian currently living in south africa. I am saving some money and I am thinking of investing some cash in the real estate market
in lagos.

I want to know what is the most profitable way to enter the business for someone with only 2 million naira to invest.

Property Investing With Limited Budget

Since you have only 2 million Naira, you can only afford properties in areas where land is cheap (500,000 to 1 million Naira.

What should you do?

1. Buy a cheap land

2. Fence it round to ward off trespassers

3. Build a small BQ

4. Put it up for let. This ensures someone resides within the property environs to deter trespassers from stealing it and selling it off to someone else in your absence

The property value will increase over time. And the steps you have taken above will ensure you reap the fruits of your labour.
