i want residential permit

I am ayandeji kamoru, born in lagos on the 13 of may 1977, i live and work in germany since 2005.

i will like the lagos state government to introduce residential card to all people that are given birth to in lagos. so that we will know who really deserve to live in lagos because sometimes i am afraid to deal with people that are not know or recognise by the goverment.

i also believe if we can introduce this ideal, we will be able to combat crime in all angles and there shall be rightful information of every holders on it such as:

1 place of birth of parent

2 previos and ciurrent address

3 how he or she get to lagos.

4 origin of parent.

5 holders given name on birth certificate.

6 marital statue of holders.

7 place of work.

8 telephone number

9 local goverment.

10 2 passport photograph.

so after getting the residential permit the he can rent a house in lagos or work in lagos.
i believe once we have all this things,anyone who buy something more than what he earn can be easily trace from the seller,and he has to give account of how he come across the money,
