I am a footballer who earn average of 150,000 naira per month including bonuses and other allowances.

i have been able to save a million naira now and still single. I want to put this money into judicious usage where it can yield a stipulated pay for me monthly.

right now its in a fixed account and yielding virtually nothing. So i think its under utilised.

Pls i dont know areas of business i will like to invest, but i want to put the money into maximal use before i settle for marriage.

please i need your optimal advice.

There are essentially two kinds of businesses you can start:

1. An offline business and

2. An online business or internet business

Since you're a footballer, it's likely that your footballing profession already takes plenty of your time. And if you want to do offline business, you need to devote plenty of time to the business for it to succeed.

My recommendation is therefore that you should start an internet business, what is popularly referred to as home based business or online business.

With online business, you don't have to be physically present at a location or an office. You work on your business from home and at any time of the day . . . 2am, 4am, 12pm etc

The good part is . . . with internet business, you can access your business and continue to grow your business irrespective of the state or country you are.

This means that you ca continue to grow your business even if you're out of the country for international assignments.
