(badagry)
Thanks for the good information that you share, i really learn from it. i stay in Oko Afor area badagry, and some of the omo onile introduce some legit land to me and ask me to bring in my friends to buy from them which i always do. Most of my friends do call me if they need land and i make good money from it.
So i intend to start up a real estate business but i always have fears to rent an office space to start up since i dont know much idea about it. i only bring in friends to buy base on commission.
My quesion is this.
should i get an office space and start up just like that? can i do it full time?
Is there future in the business?
please i need help in this regard.

From your comments above, it appears you already make good money from offering land for sale in badagry to friends and family.
If you make this a full-time business, you essentially expand your potential customer base. And if you treat those customers well (with good customer service) and offer genuine landed property, then you will make even more money.
Is there money in this?
Well, you already make good money. So there is no doubt that the commission is good.
Should you open an office?
That is a personal choice. But, hey, if you're already known for this and the commission is good, why not?
Is there a future for the business?
Sure!
Real estate business is big business in Nigeria and everywhere else in the world because housing is a primary concern.
As long as Lagos remains the commercial capital of Nigeria, the real estate business will continue to grow. And because housing is a something everyone needs, there is no limit to how big your real estate business can grow.
So, don't be afraid that you may run out of clients.
