Your earnings is made up of four items:

1. Earnings from partner registration (10,000 per affiliate your register)

2. Sub-partner earnings - the money you receive with a partner you registered registers someone else (This is 3,000 Naira per sub-partner registration)

3. Earnings from your own transactions (sales or letting)

4. Earnings from transactions done by sub-affiliates (that is, partners registered by you)

Example of Possible Earnings

Suppose you register 3 new partners per week. At the end of the month you will have at least 12 partners registered.

1. You will get paid =N=10,000 per partner you register. Therefore you will get =N=120,000 for 12 partners.

2. Suppose four of those 12 people you registered registers 1 person each

You will get 3,000 X 4 = 12,000 sub-affiliate commission.

3. Suppose within the same month, you referred a client who rented an apartment at Ikoyi for $65,000 USD per annum and the client paid 2 yrs rent.

Here's the simple calculation for your earnings in this particular transaction:

The client paid $65000 USD per year

2yrs rent = $130,000 USD
130,000 USD = 16,900,000 at 130 Naira to a dollar

Suppose the client paid 5% commission

Commission paid = 845000 Naira

You get 30% of this value as your affiliate commission = 253,500 Naira

4. Suppose also that your sub-affiliate or sub-partner (a partner registered by you) referred a client who bought a bungalow at Ogba for =N=15 million Naira within the same month.

Suppose also that the client paid 3% commission on the value of the transaction.

Commission paid by the client will be: =N=450,000

Your sub-affiliate will receive 30% of this amount

You will receive 10% of the amount paid by the client = 45,000

At the end of this particular month your total earnings will be as follows:

Registration bonus - 120,000

Sub-affiliate commission - 12,000

Commission on transaction done by you - 253,500

Sub-affiliate commission - 45,000

Total for the month = 120,000 + 12,000 + 253,500 + 45,000 = 430,500

The above is simply a reflection of what you can earn. You will earn even more if you do more transactions and register more partners.
