Unfortunately, in Nigeria, most people are so hung up on making a living that they allocate very little time for family meets. And when the family eventually meet for a get-together or a party, they fail to capture this on tape or DVD for future generations to watch and laugh or be educated.

The problem is not always the cost of including a video shoot in the family event during the planning stages. It is more a case of oversight, omission, or lack of recognition of the worth of a video.

Every time I watch that video clip, I feel a surge of excitement. In fact, when my wife first saw the replay, she blushed.

There are a whole lot of things to remember as a family. I am excited about my family experiences. I guess you are too about yours.
