Biodata:
I am presently working as an Estate officer in an insurance company in Nigeria and perform duties such as Scouting for properties for lease, sales, management from owners to increase management property portfolio.Routine inspection of all group properties in and outside Lagos with monthly report on each of the properties to ascertain their status regarding management and maintenance. Attending to and reporting all tenants complaints as regards all Fidelity Bond Group Properties for prompt & appropriate solution. General monitoring/supervision of cleaners and the technical staffs of BAICO(British American Insurance Company) Properties as regards attendance, purchase of items for official & maintenance use, habit of late coming/negligence of duty etc. Daily inspection of plaza covering all areas to ensure orderliness and safety. Maintenance of properties including collection of rents, attending to repair works; plumbing, electrical, structural repairs etc, dislodgement of septic tanks & pit, PHCN, tenement rates, ground rents, maintenance of Elevators, Generators and other management related problems. Arrangements of certified true copies and survey plans of properties for perfection of title document. Respond to staff’s and client’s enquires via telephone, e-mail, written correspondence and in person. Create weekly and monthly reports. Organize target meetings to define activities, tasks, milestone, timeliness and deliverables for each service project. Define service scope and develop work plans and schedules from inception to implementation. Keeping records adequately (client ledger statement, Tenant Card). Conducting inspections for purpose of pre-vacation, routine, condition of dilapidation. Arrangements of certified true copies and survey plans of properties for perfection of title document. Raising work orders, payment vouchers, cash requisition, demand notices for different management purposes. Valuation of land and properties for purpose of letting, sales, mortgage, insurance, etc.
