well, in my case, someone bought 2 plot of land and later sold it to 2 different people after she already has the c of o. one of the buyer now sold it to me and my lawyer adviced for a consent. The consent has been signed by the government now. I am wondering, does this serve as all I need to protect my land or do I need something else?
